At Urban Packs, we are committed to providing reliable, transparent, and predictable delivery for all our clutches, evening bags, and bucket bags.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
- Coverage: We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
- Address Exclusions: We do not ship internationally, nor do we deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

2. SHIPPING RATES & FEES
- Standard Shipping (Orders under $50.00): $4.99 flat rate
- Free Standard Shipping (Orders $50.00 and above): $0.00 (Free)

3. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINES
All orders placed on Urban Packs are processed and delivered according to the schedule below:

- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday)
- Order Handling & Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Carrier Transit Time: 6 to 9 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 12 business days

Note: Delivery timeframes represent complete processing, handling, and shipping transit. Business days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and official U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times are estimated and may occasionally vary due to severe weather, high carrier volume, or transit disruptions beyond our control.

4. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your payment is confirmed and your order is processed, a shipping confirmation email containing your official carrier tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your email address. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier website.

5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering complete and correct shipping details at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered or is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional carrier fees required to reship the package.

6. ORDER MODIFICATIONS
If you need to update your delivery address or cancel an order, please email support@urbanpacks.shop within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order enters carrier dispatch, address changes cannot be made.
